Description:
Hydrangea is a shurb that grows to about 10 feet high. It has clusters of white flowers that can also be colored. Hydrangea is native to the United States. The root is harvested in the fall.
Dosage:
As a tincture, take 2-4 ml 3 times daily.
As a decoction, boil 2 tsp of root in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Drink 3 times daily.
