Yellow dock is a perennial plant that is natie to Europe and Africa. The root is unearthed in the fall for use in herbal medicine.
Dosage:
As a tincture, take 3 ml 2 times daily.
As a decoction, take 100 ml for constipation.
May be added to other herbs in a decoction to treat boils.
