





1 dram glass bottles of pure essential oil. These are uncut or otherwise unadulterated essential oils.
Essential oils are as close to the plant as you can get, and in many ways you're getting more with an essential than with the actual plant due to distillation & concentration. Essential oils are a wonderful way to fragrance your home and person. Remember that a little goes a looooong way with essentials. :)

(Mentha spicata) India
Minty. Spearmint is commonly known from chewing gum or candy, but the Essential Oil is much more strong and concentrated and should be used in moderation. Very fresh and clean smelling. The overall character and properties of Spearmint are very similar to Peppermint, but it is milder and less powerful, with a lower content of Menthol.
Refreshing, mental stimulant, energizing. Has been used to help enhance well-being of digestive and respiratory systems. Relieves bad breath. Good nerve tonic that helps with mental fatigue and nervous stress.
Use in a diffuser to freshen your environment. Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water to inhale the fragrant steam.
Blends well with: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Marjoram, Citrus oils.
No known toxicity. GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) approved by the FDA as food flavor. Avoid high concentrations in skin care, since it can cause a burning sensation and sensitation. Do not use more than 1-2 drops per 1 oz. of body care. Do not use Peppermint Essential Oil while taking homeopathic remedies.
