Horehound is a prennial plant that grows only to 20 inches in height. It has toothed leaves and white flowers. It is grown primarily in Europe, North America, and South America. It grows best in open areas and can be harvested in the spring.
Dosage:
As an infusion, use 1/2-1 tsp dried horehound leaves. Can be taken 3 times daily.
As a tincture, take 1-2 ml 3 times daily.
