Description:
Motherwort is a perennial herb that can grow a stall as five feet high. It has green leaves and pink flowers. Motherwort grows natively in Asia, Europe and North America. The flower is picked in the summer.
Dosage:
As a tincture, take 1-4 ml daily.
As an infusion, add 1-2 tsp herb to 1 cup boiling water and infuse for 10-15 minutes. Drink 3 times daily.
Motherwort is recognized for its relaxing effect on the body. The primary effects of Motherwort when smoked is a mild euphoria lasting approximately 20 minutes. The after effects are a light sense of lost time.
