Description:
Parsley is an annual herb that is native to Durope and the Mediterranean. It is not cultivated all over the world. The leaves are green and the plant has small white flowers. The leaves are picked from spring to fall and the seeds are harvested when they're ripe.
Dosage:
As an infusion, add 1-2 tsp dried parsley to 1 cup boiling water. Infuse for 5-10 minutes and drink 3 times daily.
As a tincture, take 1-2 ml 3 times daily.
Safety:
Do not take excessive amounts of parsley as it may beocme toxic. Do not take the seeds if you're pregnant or have kidney disease. Consult your health care provider before beginning use of any herb.
