Handcrafted, in house. This cloak is wonderful when you want to be able to feel the fabric swish around you. It is about a half circle around when layed flat on the floor. R'Chel sews these herself and has been a seamstress and designer for many years. On Reversible Cloaks each side is separately hemmed so that neither pulls on the other.
This cloak is created of Penne (stretch) velvet with your choice of another color penne velvet to create a reversible cloak. We use a unique closure which allows you to fasten the cloak from either side. We also offer the Ritual Cloak in other fabrics & hood styles. All hoods are self-lined so that no inside seams show when your hood is down.
Hood Styles Available
Rounded Hood: This hood snugs to your heads contours in back.
Standard Hood: This hood has a bit of a point. You could attach a tassel if you wish.
Long Hair Hood: This hood is deep and allows for your long hair not to be bunched up inside of it when pulled up. When the long hair hood is down it lays around your shoulders and creates an accent.
Gaelic Hood: This hood, when the ties are relaxed functions as the long hair hood. When the ties are drawn, the hood snugs to your face, with a Gaelic style ruffle framing your face. It's a nice choice for cold weather, or if a demure look is desired.
Tasseled Hood: This hood has an extended point which hangs down your back when the hood is down. When the hood is up the tassel hangs approximately to your neck. On reversible hoods, both sides are tasseled.

Long Cloak - size Short
width around bottom - approx 207 inches
length from base of neck to hem - approx 50 inches
Long Cloak - size Long
width around bottom - approx 259 inches
length from base of neck to hem - approx 58 inches
