By the bigger bottle
You can start off with the 2oz bottles to see if you like a scent but then you are going to want the bigger 12oz-32 oz bottles! I can really tell the diffence when I have to use something else ... this product will not leave your hair feeling like straw afterwards.

really nice
I have to say that i love this product. it cleans well without stripping the hair and adapted well to use with my fave non-stormsong conditioner. even with thick, wavy hair i found that stormsong shampoo enables easy detangling, and leaves my hair feeling soft and light and bouncy. i also have to note that SLS free shampoos are hard to find, and usually expensive...but I couldn't be more satisfied with the value and performance of this product.
