Standing almost five inches tall with Kriss blade in hand, this clay dragon is poised in reverence. His form imbues the figure with strength, while it is his stance that truly expresses an inner power. (For those concerned, the dragon?s sword has been treated with silver enamel, and is not actually sharp, or metal.) The heart of a warrior inspires this piece, from shimmering scale to textured belly. His eyes are of a deep purple Swarovski Crystal, the hilt of his sword boasts of two fine examples of Chevron Amethyst, while every angle of this figure is a feast for the eyes. From the sturdy boning along the back of the guardian?s spine, to the accents at his short but sharp talons, and mind for proportion and weight, this figure is counted as one of the artist?s finest achievements to date.
